How do I create an account?
On the home screen in the top right hand corner you will see a box with two open fields titled “log in”.
If you have an account with us already, just fill in your email address and password and proceed with your website experience. If you need an account, click “
create an account.” You will need to fill out your name, email address, password, address, and a verification code provided for you. Then click “create account” You will see a screen next that verifies your account with us and your information you just submitted will be emailed to you. You will also see a link that will take you back to the main photocart page by clicking that link. You should now be able to make deposits, order product, or browse pictures at your convenience.
How do I order an album?
You must have an account and be logged in before any product of any kind can be ordered. If you need help with this see the help section called “creating an account and logging in.”
- Click on the gallery of which you are wishing to place an album order for.
- Click on The Album Sub Gallery
- Click on the First Image in that gallery
- Click on Albums, which is located to the right of the image in the box titled “add images to cart.” This will open a “drop down” list
- Click which album you want to purchase. This will open another “drop down” informing you that this particular album only starts with 10 spreads.
- You will then select the Quantity of Albums that you want. (This is ONLY for the total number of albums you want, not for the number of spreads you want included in your album.)
- Click the “drop down” arrow beside “color” and choose your color.
- Click “add to cart”
- A 10 spread album is now in your cart. During the next step is when you will specify which spreads you want to use in creating your customized album.
- You will then need to choose which spread you want in your album.
- Click the album that you chose that is listed under the “add current image to” box.
- A “drop down” box will lower giving you the option of adding this spread to your album.
- Click “add to album”.
- To choose another spread click “next” at the top right of the image.
- You will then repeat this process through at least 10 images.
You will now see a detailed break down of the order you are about to place. You will see each spread included in your album and if you have ordered any additional spreads over the standard 10 you will see a line stating, “You have selected 11 of 10 pictures." You can continue to add up to 30 additional spreads to your album for a total of 40 spreads. Also at this point if you have any product credit or special discounts to be applied you should note that deduction in the top left box on this page. If verified that everything is correct and these are the spreads you want to build your album with click place this order in the right middle of the screen. Follow payment instructions. If help is needed during this process, please proceed to payment section of help.
How do I make a payment?
Payment can be received 1 of 2 ways.
- First you can simply mail a check to the below address.

*It is important to note, however, that no product will be ordered until the check is received and funds have been verified as available. Once the check has cleared we will place the order for your product at that time.
- Should you choose to pay by major credit card you will proceed as follows.
After placing the order click “click here to pay", or you may click the "click here to pay" button in the email you received after placing your order.
How do I order prints or canvases?You must have an account and be logged in before any product of any kind can be ordered. If you need help with this see the help section called “creating an account and logging in.”- Click on the “Pictures” gallery.
- Click on the image for which you want to purchase a print or canvas of. You will see a box to the right that contains the sizes and prices for prints, canvases and proof albums.
- If you are ordering a canvas for instance you will click on “canvas gallery wraps”. A Drop down box will lower showing the sizes and prices of each of the canvas options we offer.
- You now need to click on the size canvas you want.
- Select your quantity and click "Add to Cart”
- You can now continue this process for any other images and product you may want.
- When finished placing all items in your cart click “check out” located at the top right of the page.
- Verify your information and select how you would like to receive your order.
- Click continue
You will now see a detailed break down of the order you are about to place. You will see all prints canvases or other items you may have added in your cart. Also at this point if you have any product credit or special discounts to be applied you should note that deduction in the top left box on this page. If verified that everything is correct, click place this order in the middle of the screen. Follow payment Instructions. Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.
What is My Pictures?
My Pictures are galleries that have limited access to them that you have access to.
Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.
I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password,
click here.
Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.
Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No.
I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.
